Page 1 – Registration Information

We regret to inform you that registration for the 2010 Conference is currently on a reservation-only basis. We have completely filled our facility space and have no more room to accept confirmed registrations. We are accepting reservations, which we will add to our waiting list. If we receive cancellations from current attendees, we will accept reservations off our waiting list on a first-reserved, first-accepted basis. There is no deposit required, and you are not committed to attending - you are simply added to our waiting list. Simply fill out the information on the online form. If we have an opening, we will contact you and see if you still desire to come, and will process payment at that time.

Update: Thursday, Feb 25th. So far, we have been able to approve everyone off the waiting list. If you register, it is very probable that we can approve your registration within 24-48 hours.

Registration Rates.

Family Rate (includes immediate family): $149
Individual Rate: $59

Includes conference admission, access to great savings on Colorado excursions, and a Pizza dinner on Saturday night!

This conference has been priced to allow each family, regardless of financial status, to easily cover the registration cost for their family. If God has blessed you with the finances to donate to our scholarship fund or help the Generations ministry offset the costs of this event, there will be an opportunity to do so on the registration form. Thank you.

When can I register?

Registration is open online until we reach capacity of roughly 800 people. If there is still space remaining by March, onsite registrations will be available. There is limited capacity at our facility, so registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What’s covered?

Admission to the event, as well as the special travel, lodging, and entertainment discounts provided on our Traveling to Colorado page. (Note: everyone participating in the group rates provided through this event must be registered to attend the Economics Conference.)

Lunch will be available for purchase on both days. Saturday evening pizza dinner will be provided by the local families in Reformation Church (Kevin Swanson, Pastor) located in the Castle Rock area, and possibly in front range area around Castle Rock.

I’m a pastor, elder, or deacon. What should I do?

Church leaders are invited to a special luncheon on Friday. This lunch will only be available for the father. Family members and other attendees may participate in the luncheon, provided there is space available, but must bring/buy their own lunch separately from the luncheon.

I’m coming from a long distance. Where do I stay?

We have arranged some group rates at several nearby hotels. Visit our Traveling to Colorado page for more information.

Do I have to register online?

Yes. If you experience issues with our online registration, if you are from another country, or if you do not have a credit card to complete the online registration process, you may call our registration coordinator at 303-956-9977. Please allow several days for return calls in some cases.

Cancellations/Refunds

Registrations canceled before December 31st will be refunded 50%. After December 31st, all registrations are non-refundable. Refund requests after the conference for weather-related problems during the conference week will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
